What this covers
This policy explains what personal data christianwedding.online collects on this website and in the wedding websites couples create with it, why, and what choices you have.
On this website
When you start a free trial or contact us, we store the details you enter (such as your names, wedding date and email address) so we can set up your account and reply to you.
When you press a sign-up button, we record that the button was pressed, together with the page, the time, a random identifier for your browser session, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, and technical details our server receives with every request: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and language.
We use these records to run and improve the service and to understand which pages and campaigns work. We do not sell them.
On couple wedding websites
Guests who RSVP give their name, their answers and anything else the couple asks for. This data belongs to the couple, who use it to plan their wedding. We process it on their behalf, only to provide the service.
Couple websites carry no advertising or tracking pixels, and are hidden from search engines by default.
We send transactional email only: sign-in links, notices about your account and RSVP notifications you choose to receive. We never email your guests, except a copy of their own RSVP when they ask for one.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Couples can export and delete their wedding data from their dashboard at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR gives you these rights and the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
